Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

• Once the product is shipped or manufacturing has started, cancellation may not be possible.

Refund & Return Policy

• Refunds & Return are applicable only in case of:

  • Damaged product on delivery

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Wrong product delivered

• Any issue the return and refund must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with images/videos.

Refund Process

• Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to original payment method.

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

• Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
